Barista job vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAE


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate should have experience in making coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the café.

The Barista will be responsible for efficiently serving customers, taking orders, and preparing coffee drinks according to company recipes and instructions. They will need to be knowledgeable about all of our products, including brewing tips and techniques, as well as how to prepare food items such as sandwiches and pastries. The Barista should also be able to answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, prices, features, etc.

In addition to making drinks and food items, the successful candidate will also maintain a clean workstation with all necessary supplies. This includes wiping down equipment, restocking supplies like cups and coffee beans, cleaning tables and chairs, sweeping floors and completing other daily tasks as needed.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers at all times. They must be able to work well in teams but also independently with minimal supervision. They should have great multitasking abilities and be able to handle multiple orders at once without compromising on quality or accuracy.
