Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys on land development projects including site plans, topography maps, contour maps, boundary surveys etc. In addition they will be required to analyse survey results using computer software such as AutoCAD or similar software packages; collect data from sources such as aerial photography; maintain accurate records of all survey activities; and prepare detailed reports on all survey findings.

Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or closely related field
• 5+ years experience in land surveying
• Ability to use relevant software such as AutoCAD for drafting purposes
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes & regulations
• Ability to work both independently & collaboratively with other professionals
• Excellent problem solving skills & attention to detail
