Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Office Manager and be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities:
β’ Manage office operations including filing systems, supplies, and equipment maintenance
β’ Oversee the reception area, answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries
β’ Ensure all documents are properly stored in the shared drive or physical filing cabinets
β’ Manage recruitment process from start to finish including scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees
β’ Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings
β’ Maintain records of employee attendance and performance reviews
β’ Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, updating databases, preparing reports, etc.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
β’ At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar position
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to problem solve independently
