HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, as well as providing guidance and advice to managers and employees. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to deal with difficult situations, and have a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

The daily tasks of this role include recruiting and interviewing, employee onboarding and orientation, payroll administration, employee benefits management, conducting performance reviews, resolving disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing policies that support a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong problem-solving skills; exceptional organizational skills; the ability to work independently; familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office; experience in managing staff; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role – work experience is not necessary but would be an advantage. The salary offered is 1400 AED/monthly.
