We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the company, ensuring that the company's objectives and goals are achieved.

The successful Manager will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to the team, create and implement strategies that support business objectives, develop policies and procedures, monitor performance of staff, ensure best practices are followed, provide reports on performance and progress towards goals, and manage budgets. The Manager should also be able to foster an environment of collaboration between all departments to ensure the success of the business.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field. They should possess strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities as well as have a proven track record of successfully managing teams. They must be highly organized, proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates with experience in working with foreign clients would be highly preferred.
