Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within our organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process. They should also have experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. In addition, they should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing job descriptions and specifications;
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn);
• Creating job postings;
• Screening resumes and applications;
• Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduled timelines;
• Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Onboarding new employees; and
• Keeping up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
