Housekeeping Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department and ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well maintained. The position offers a salary of 1600 and we are ready to consider an immigrant or someone with no experience.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong leadership abilities as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be able to work independently while still being able to work effectively as part of a team. The candidate should also have good knowledge of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and security protocols.

The primary duties for this role include: overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping staff; inspecting guest rooms, public areas, laundry rooms, offices, etc.; ensuring that all procedures are followed according to hotel standards; monitoring supplies levels; creating staff schedules; interacting with guests; providing training for employees; preparing reports; participating in budget preparation; and supervising deep cleaning projects.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel setting, with knowledge of housekeeping operations. A degree or certificate in hospitality management is an advantage but not essential. Fluency in English is required as well as computer literacy.
