Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1200

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Construction Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction in the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of the construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop plans for construction projects including timelines, budgets, and materials required.
-Coordinate the resources necessary to ensure successful completion of projects.
-Ensure all building codes and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
-Monitor progress on construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
-Provide technical advice as needed throughout the project’s life cycle.
-Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the most efficient methods of construction.
-Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
-Ensure quality control by performing regular inspections on materials and equipment used during construction projects.
-Maintain a safe work environment for employees by enforcing safety regulations on all sites.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
-At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in large scale construction projects; international experience is desirable but not mandatory.
-Excellent knowledge of building regulations, materials, procedures, codes, etc.
-Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach to solutions when necessary.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects etc.
