Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers an attractive salary of 1100 and we are open to considering a foreigner for the role.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing timelines, ensuring safety standards, and more. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management or related field
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules including cost estimates, labor requirements, and material needs
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations throughout the project life cycle
• Manage project budgets while ensuring that quality standards are met
• Monitor progress on each stage of the project and adjust timelines as needed
• Coordinate subcontractors throughout the project life cycle
