Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our organization in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the role, and be a hard-working, reliable individual.

The responsibilities of the role include managing office operations, handling incoming calls and correspondence, organizing meetings and events, managing filing systems, arranging travel bookings and accommodation for employees and guests, maintaining inventories of office supplies, and providing general administrative support.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. They should also have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. We are willing to consider an immigrant candidate for this role. The salary is 1000 per month.
