Position: Supervisor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 900 KWD/month

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the business.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a similar environment
• Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immigrant status is welcome

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the business, including staff management, customer service, quality control, inventory control, and other duties as assigned.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality control measures, safety protocols etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to report progress or discuss changes to operational plans or procedures.

Salary: The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary package (900 KWD/month).
