Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property within the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting investigations, responding to emergencies, and maintaining records of all security-related activities. Additionally, you will supervise and train staff to ensure they are following proper safety protocols.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a security management role
• Ability to develop and implement effective security policies
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency with computers and related technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
