Job Title: Business Manager

Salary: 1500 QAR

We are now seeking a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage operations
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategies for achieving business goals and objectives
• Managing day-to-day operations such as scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project management
• Developing new business initiatives and products while managing existing ones
• Leading cross-functional teams in order to achieve desired results on time
• Analysing data related to financial performance, customer feedback, market trends, etc.
• Reviewing performance metrics and providing feedback for improvement
