Sales Manager job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations of our company.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of sales strategies and techniques, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have solid problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Supervising sales staff and providing guidance and feedback
• Monitoring performance of sales teams and providing regular reports to upper management
• Establishing strong relationships with customers
• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, sales results, pricing data, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of customer service practices
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary: 1400 QR per month
