Sales Manager – Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a strong background in sales and have the ability to think strategically and act decisively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Building relationships with new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Creating proposals and contracts to meet customer needs.
• Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to close of sale.
• Providing regular reports on sales performance metrics.
• Analyzing customer trends, market conditions, competitive activities, and other data points to develop plans for meeting goals.
• Representing the company at industry events such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management with a track record of success.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is preferred).
Salary: 1000 QAR per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are willing to consider foreign nationals for this role.
