Supervisor - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic organization with potential for growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the organization and managing staff. You will report to the General Manager and ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for setting goals and objectives, monitoring performance, enforcing policies, coordinating activities with other departments, resolving customer service issues, providing feedback to staff members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is able to motivate staff members. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of successful management
• Ability to motivate employees and build relationships

Salary: 1500 QAR/month
