Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Driver to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for driving clients to their destinations in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. You must be available to work a range of shifts during the week and on weekends. The successful candidate will possess excellent driving skills and will be expected to maintain the highest level of safety standards at all times. The salary offered for this position is 1000 KWD per month.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all applicable traffic laws while driving clients to their destinations
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition at all times, including regular servicing and cleaning
• Load and unload client luggage into the vehicle
• Assist passengers with any special requests or needs they may have during the journey
• Provide timely updates regarding delays or other changes of plans to passengers
• Ensure passenger comfort throughout the journey by providing refreshments, blankets or pillows as requested
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding routes or directions
• Manage bookings through an online system or other means as required
• Provide support with administrative tasks such as paperwork and filing documents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean traffic record
• Proven experience as a driver for at least 2 years
• Ability to read maps and use navigational apps
• Excellent knowledge of Kuwaiti roads, routes, traffic regulations, laws and speed limits
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in challenging situations
• Professional attitude towards clients
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
