Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys, land surveys and mapping activities. You will be expected to analyze survey data and use it to make maps of the land. Additionally, you may be asked to provide advice on development projects and related matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct property surveys and mapping activities according to guidelines and regulations set forth by the government.
• Analyze survey data from a variety of sources including field notes, aerial photographs, existing maps, satellite imagery etc.
• Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems or total stations for accurate measurements on-site.
• Interpret technical documents such as topographical maps or documents provided by architects or engineers.
• Provide advice related to development projects such as construction sites or planning permissions.
• Present survey results in report format or other graphical representations such as charts or diagrams.
• Update all records related to the surveyed properties including boundary lines, easements etc.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or a closely related field is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is a must as some work may require travel to remote locations for surveying purposes.
• Certified expertise in methods like photogrammetry or remote sensing is desired but not mandatory for this role.
• Knowledge of survey instruments such as total stations and GPS systems is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data accurately are essential for this role. • Good organizational skills with an eye for detail are important qualities for this job position
