Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate staff and ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary: 1700 AED per month

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategies for maximizing profit margins
• Ensuring that all restaurant operations are running smoothly
• Managing budgets, forecasting market trends, and creating plans to increase sales
• Developing a team of staff members who are committed to providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the restaurant
• Delegating tasks and managing staff schedules
• Answering customer queries or complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Training, motivating, and developing staff members to enhance their performance.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we are also willing to consider an immigrant with no experience.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to dealing with issues.
