Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1200 per month
Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant staff and operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, menu planning and execution, financial management, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry and excellent organizational skills. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of customer service
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed correctly
• Track inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Prepare reports on restaurant performance and suggest ways to improve profitability
• Monitor competitors’ activities to maintain competitive advantage in the market
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices • Excellent communication skills with strong leadership capabilities • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings & weekends
