We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must be able to manage a team of staff members, oversee daily operations and ensure that customer service standards are met. This position will require the ability to provide strong leadership, organization skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including setting working schedules, monitoring sales volumes and overseeing inventory levels. You will also be responsible for training staff members in proper restaurant service techniques and ensuring that customer service standards are maintained at all times.

You will need to have the ability to think on your feet and take initiative when needed. Furthermore, you will deal with customer complaints in a professional manner. An understanding of food safety regulations is also essential for this role.

The successful candidate should have some previous experience in restaurant management and would ideally possess a degree or diploma in hospitality or related field. We are open to considering foreign applicants as long as they can demonstrate their proficiency in English language communication skills along with their managerial capabilities. The salary offered for this position is 1000 AED per month plus other benefits associated with this role.
