Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer relations, and financial management.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience and a proven track record of success in providing excellent customer service. They must also have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, such as staff management, customer relations, financial management, and other tasks as needed.
• Ensuring customers receive high quality products and services consistently.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Developing short-term and long-term goals for the restaurant and setting strategies to achieve them.
• Establishing effective policies related to food preparation, service standards, sanitation guidelines, etc.
• Monitoring sales figures and adjusting pricing accordingly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays etc.. • Fluency in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
