We are looking for an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh!

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in surveying, land information systems, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in land surveying.

We offer a salary of 1700 per month plus benefits for the right candidate. We are also ready to consider foreign applicants.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for planning and executing surveys to measure land features, such as property boundaries, topography, elevations and other characteristics of the land. You will also analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports and maps based on your findings. Other responsibilities include:

• Plan survey projects by researching land records, consulting with clients, establishing work procedures;
• Set up instruments at surveyed sites;
• Collect data using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers;
• Enter collected data into computer programs;
• Interpret collected data to draw conclusions;
• Prepare detailed reports about findings;
• Ensure accuracy of all survey results;
• Comply with all safety regulations when working in potentially hazardous environments.
