Job Summary:

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar position
• Ability to operate coffee machines and understand coffee brewing methods
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a barista certification course is preferred but not required
