Job Title: Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your culinary skills in a professional environment. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of fine dining cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, show initiative and always be willing to go the extra mile. We are looking for someone with strong communication, organization and management skills, as well as a creative flair for creating delicious dishes that exceed our customer expectations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and modern techniques;
• Training junior chefs;
• Creating seasonal menus;
• Ensuring food safety standards are met;
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies;
• Developing relationships with suppliers;
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff;
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
