Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, including staff management, customer relations, and financial management. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily operations and ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues that arise.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Develop financial plans and track progress towards financial goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered on time.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred but not required.
