Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and organized HR Manager to join our team. We are offering a competitive salary of 900 USD/month for the right candidate.

The HR Manager will be responsible for all Human Resources activities and operations, such as recruitment, talent management, payroll administration, employee relations and benefits administration. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task in order to effectively coordinate projects and activities within the HR department. He/She should be able to provide strategic advice on all HR matters, as well as deliver effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least five years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Experience working with foreign employees is an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, together with good computer skills (especially excel). He/She must have a positive attitude and an eye for detail to ensure high quality work output.
