Cashier - 1200 QAR/month - Doha

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Doha. We are ready to consider immigrant applicants for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Receive payments from customers by cash, credit cards and checks
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Balance cash drawers at the end of day with receipts totals
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
- Answer customers’ questions regarding payment methods, items, prices and product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of checkout areas
- Prepare daily deposits for the bank or drop off daily deposits at local bank branch

Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a cashier or relevant customer service role
- Good numerical ability; attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
