We are looking for a highly motivated Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position should have an eye for detail and a commitment to providing the best possible care to our patients.

The successful candidate will be working with our team of experienced doctors and technicians in providing comprehensive optometric services, from examinations of eyesight, vision screening tests, prescribing of corrective lenses and contact lenses, to diagnosing and managing ocular diseases.

The Optometrist will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field; knowledge of medical terminology; ability to communicate effectively with patients; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills; proficient in computer software applications such as MS Office suite; ability to work with minimal supervision.

The Optometrist's key responsibilities include: performing comprehensive eye exams and assessments on patients utilizing specialized diagnostic equipment; providing accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for any visual impairments found during the examination process; advising patients on the use of corrective lenses, contact lenses, or other vision-enhancing treatments; prescribing medications as needed; keeping accurate medical records for all patient visits; educating patients on healthy vision habits including proper nutrition and lifestyle habits.

The salary for this position is 1600 USD per month. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who can demonstrate their eligibility to work in this country.
