Job Description:

We are seeking a Machine Operator for our factory in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1400 KD per month. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this role.

The Machine Operator will need to have excellent knowledge of machine operation and maintenance, as well as a good understanding of engineering principles, health & safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. The successful applicant will be able to read blueprints and use measuring devices accurately, as well as have basic computer literacy skills.

The primary duties of the Machine Operator include: setting up machines for production runs; operating machinery; monitoring equipment performance; carrying out regular maintenance and repairs; ensuring that production standards are met; troubleshooting operational issues; identifying areas where improvements can be made; and keeping accurate records of work completed.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong problem solving skills. A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
