Job Responsibilities:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and organizing the merchandising activities in store including display set-ups, product placement, stock replenishment, pricing changes, promotional activities and other related tasks. He/she must ensure that all products are displayed attractively as per company standards and guidelines while adhering to company policies & procedures at all times. The Merchandiser must also be able to suggest creative ideas to improve store performance & customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Retail Management or any related field is preferred but not essential
• 2+ years’ experience in merchandising or any related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English Language
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility with working hours during peak times
