As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for the selection, storage, and service of wines in the restaurant. You will be advising customers on wines and making recommendations based on their preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and managing stock levels to ensure that all wines are kept in optimal condition.

Requirements for the position:
-At least two years of experience as a sommelier in a fine dining environment or equivalent qualifications
-Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to manage stock levels effectively and efficiently
-Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
-Fluent English is essential.
