The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the coffee-making industry, preferably within a cafe or bar setting. The individual should be passionate about delivering the best possible customer service experience and enjoy working with customers to create memorable experiences. They must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of different brewing methods, espresso drinks, latte art, and other coffee-related beverages.

The responsibilities associated with this role include preparing drinks according to customer specifications, restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, operating cash registers accurately, and providing friendly customer service with a positive attitude. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers and team members.
