Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, taking orders, and providing outstanding customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 KWD per month with potential overtime.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare coffee drinks and other hot beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Take orders from customers in person or over the phone
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
• Train new hires on proper preparation techniques
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or related position
• Thorough knowledge of various coffee drinks and preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
