Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and increasing our market share. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates with at least two years of experience in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed company goals
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Manage customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor competitors’ activities and adapt accordingly
• Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitability
• Prepare accurate reports on sales performance and other metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least two years of experience in a sales role
• Proven track record of successfully hitting targets
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
