We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively manage a team of chefs.

The ideal candidate would possess at least three years' experience as an Executive Chef in a busy kitchen. You must possess excellent culinary skills and be passionate about creating innovative dishes that delight customers. A thorough understanding of food safety regulations is also essential. The ability to work under pressure and stay calm during peak service periods is a must – as well as being able to prioritize tasks appropriately and delegate duties effectively.

You should have a positive attitude, display dedication and enthusiasm towards your role, and have the capacity to lead from the front. It is also important that you have strong organizational skills so that you can ensure efficient day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

We offer an attractive salary of 1300 per month for this position, with potential for growth based on performance. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates with the relevant qualifications and experience.
