Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting managers with daily operations and providing direction to staff members. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, strong communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role is required; demonstrable success as a leader is highly desirable. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is essential. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
