We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of our company, ensuring all aspects of human resources are handled effectively and efficiently.

The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure compliance with labor laws, implementing and monitoring staff policies and procedures, recruiting staff, training personnel, and developing relationships with external stakeholders. The HR Manager must have excellent communication skills to interact with various departments in the organization as well as with external partners.

The job requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is preferred. A strong understanding of employment laws is essential as well as knowledge of relevant software applications and processes. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should also have strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships internally with other departments as well as externally with vendors, suppliers, government agencies etc.
