Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high quality parts according to customer specifications.
- Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in a shop environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Good math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts.
