Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide timely and reliable delivery services, including pick up/drop off services as required. The Courier will also ensure that all items are accurately documented according to company policy. Other duties include:
• Following the Company's safety standards and protocols while on the road
• Maintaining records of all deliveries made
• Ensuring packages are delivered safely to their destination
• Resolving any delivery issues that may arise
• Assisting with loading/unloading parcels from the vehicle
