Job Description: CNC Operator

Job Responsibilities:
• Setting up and operating CNC machines to cut, shape, or form products according to specifications
• Able to read blueprints, diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, specifications sheets, and other written instructions or procedures to determine set up requirements
• Adjust the machine settings to complete tasks accurately according to specifications
• Perform periodic maintenance on the machines as needed
• Monitor machine while working and adjust accordingly if necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-Code) is a plus but not required
• Ability to read schematics and drawings is essential
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers
• Good problem-solving skills • Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
