Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 and provides the opportunity for an immigrant to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated candidate with at least one year of experience in a supervisory role. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly.

The Supervisor will be expected to:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and customer service
• Make sure all staff comply with company policies and procedures
• Establish performance goals for employees and monitor their progress
• Track sales data, profitability, production levels, stock levels and costs
• Provide direction to subordinates on job tasks and assignments
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Identify training needs for staff members and provide relevant training sessions as needed
• Monitor safety regulations are met within the workplace.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent problem solving abilities. The successful applicant should also have strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of basic computer programs is also required.
