Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1000 KWD per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and initiatives in order to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Overseeing the development of promotional materials, such as press releases, advertisements, catalogs, brochures, websites, etc.
• Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, assessing competitors’ activities in order to stay ahead of the competition
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and ensuring that projects remain on schedule
• Analyzing data related to customer satisfaction surveys, advertising campaigns, sales reports, etc.
• Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, product development and customer service
• Collaborating with external agencies such as media partners, advertising agencies etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a similar industry)
• Excellent understanding of marketing concepts such as branding, consumer behavior analysis etc. • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent organizational skills • We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.
