Job Summary

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the security of our premises, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to as well as overseeing the safety of staff and customers. You will need to be able to act quickly and decisively in difficult situations and be an excellent problem solver. This position comes with a salary of 1100 per month, and we welcome applications from foreigners who meet the requirements listed below.

Responsibilities
• Manage security staff on site, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor CCTV footage to ensure safety of staff and customers
• Ensure all entry/exit points are secure
• Liaise with local law enforcement when necessary
• Provide guidance and advice on safety protocols to staff members
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises
• Investigate any suspicious activity or incidents

Requirements
• Relevant experience in security management or a related role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is desirable but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills
