Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This individual must be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to meet corporate objectives, managing the sales force, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet corporate objectives
• Manage the sales force and provide leadership, coaching and direction
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing pressures, customer needs, etc.
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
• Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
• Prepare reports on sales performance metrics
• Participate in trade shows/events as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/sales management
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) • Ability to travel when required • Fluency in English language is essential; Arabic language proficiency is preferred

Salary: 1500 QAR
