Executive Chef – Doha

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and creating innovative dishes that meet the highest standards. You will be in charge of menu planning and developing recipes, ordering ingredients, supervising kitchen staffs, and ensuring top-notch quality of all meals served. You should also have a strong background in food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:
• Experience working as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine
• Proven track record of creating unique and high-quality dishes
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to lead a team and work well with others
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

Job Requirements:
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working as an executive chef or senior sous chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must have excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food safety, sanitation regulations, and menu planning.
• We are ready to consider foreigners for this position with no experience required. However, they must possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• The salary for this position is 1800 QAR per month.
