Requirements
• A minimum of three years’ experience working in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• An understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingualism preferred (Arabic/English)
