Data Analyst – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing data from various sources to generate insights that will help inform business decisions. The Data Analyst will also develop and implement reporting processes that will ensure data accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics with experience in data analysis. We are also willing to consider an immigrant with the relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
• Identify trends and patterns in the data
• Develop reporting processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Present insights derived from data analysis in easy-to-understand formats such as graphs and charts
• Monitor changes in underlying business conditions to ensure accuracy of models and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to define appropriate data collection methods
• Provide technical support for various software solutions used by the team


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Minimal work experience (2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server. Familiarity with Hadoop is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

Salary: 1400 QAR/month
