Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 1200/month

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable measurements and data that represent the exact boundaries of land parcels. They must have the ability to use a variety of surveying equipment and software to do their job.

Responsibilities:
• Collect data by using surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, and GPS systems
• Determine boundary lines according to legal descriptions
• Develop plans, maps and reports that document survey results
• Utilize AutoCAD to plot survey data accurately
• Inspect properties and sites for land suitability
• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Comply with all safety regulations when on the job site

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or relevant field of study
• 5+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and maps accurately
• Knowledge of applicable laws related to property boundaries and rights-of-way
• Proficient in AutoCAD software, GIS systems, and related technologies
