Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Land Surveyor with experience in surveying land for commercial development projects in the Riyadh area. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of surveying techniques and tools, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry out land surveys using advanced tools such as total station, GPS, aerial photography, etc.
• Prepare survey plans and maps accurately according to the client’s requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on the survey results including measurements and calculations.
• Analyze data to evaluate conditions of the land surveyed for various development projects.
• Assist in developing strategies for problem solving related to land surveys.
• Follow safety protocols when using surveying equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total station, GPS, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of geospatial technology principles and practices • Great analytical skills with attention to detail • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment
